Minimum Quantity: Each shipment must include at least 20 items (women’s
clothing, shoes, bags, costume or vintage jewellery).
Quality Matters: Every piece should be clean, dry, and ironed, no
stains, tears, pilling, odours, or faded colours.
Functional Details: Check zippers, buttons, hooks, and clasps, they must
close properly.

Packaging Tips

Remove hangers, garment bags, and plastic wrap.
Fold tightly to reduce wrinkles and save space.
Protect delicate materials (silk, cashmere, lace, sequins, leather)
inside fabric pouches.

Reminder: Bags, boxes, and covers are not returned, so use ones you’re
happy to part with.

Prioritise season-appropriate pieces; winter coats in winter, dresses in

Now that your bag is ready, let’s get it on its way.

Label & Validation:

After confirming your sale, your shipping label arrives instantly by email. Print it and attach securely.

Choose Your Method:

Ship via relay point (recommended) or request home pickup with trusted carriers (Mondial Relay / Bpost).

Shipping Fees & Credit:

You pay shipping upfront. Kakoo Kakoo converts this cost into store credit equal to the lowest flat rate, no cash refund, but 100 % reusable credit.

Proof & Tracking:

Keep your deposit receipt and tracking number until your delivery confirmation email arrives.

Multiple Parcels:

If you send several, number them clearly (1/2, 2/2, 3/3) and attach a label to each.

Responsibility:

Your parcel remains under your care until Kakoo Kakoo confirms safe reception. No COD or unapproved returns are accepted.

Consolidate items into one parcel when possible, fewer shipments = smaller carbon footprint.
