• Go to the Sell section on your Kakoo Kakoo account.
• Fill out the form, confirm the number of items, and pay the flat-rate shipping fee.
• Instantly receive your printable shipping label by email.
• Check that your address and parcel size match carrier limits before printing.

Ship Your Parcel

Shipping day = Day 0.

Send your bag off on its new adventure.

• Attach the label securely and make sure it’s clearly visible.
• Drop off your parcel at the nearest relay point, or book a home pickup (Mondial Relay / Bpost).
• Keep the deposit receipt and tracking number until delivery confirmation.
• If you have more than one bag, number them clearly (e.g. 1/2, 2/2).

Reception & Acknowledgment

Delivery → Acknowledgment = Day 2 to Day 5.

We’ll notify you as soon as your parcel arrives.

• Once received, you’ll get an email confirmation with your parcel ID.
• Your lot is logged into our system and queued for sorting.
• You can track progress from your account dashboard at any time.
• Sit back, we’ll handle the rest!

Quality Check & Sorting

Sorting time ≤ 10 working days

Our team examines every piece with expert care.

• Items are assessed for cleanliness, condition, authenticity, and style relevance.
• Each is categorised: Accepted | Refused (donation/recycle) | Counterfeit (removed).
• The process usually takes up to 10 business days depending on volume.
• You’ll get notified once the inspection is complete.

Results & Reward

Payment or voucher issued within 48 hours.

Find out what your items earned and choose how to be rewarded. We’ll email your quality report, listing accepted vs refused items.

If ≥ 80 % accepted, you’ll receive a positive notice and can choose:

• If < 80 % accepted, you still receive a shipping-fee credit (50 % of your costs).
• Reward confirmation is sent automatically.

Refused Items & Aftercare

Return request window = 3 days post-result.

Because nothing deserves to end in landfill.

• Unaccepted items are donated or recycled through certified partners.
• You can request a return within 3 days after receiving your report (relay-point fees apply).
• Counterfeit or non-compliant pieces are removed from circulation to protect designers and consumers.
• Transparency first: every decision is documented in your account.

Final Recap & Impact

Completion = once reward issued.
