- Shoes that cannot be cleaned or restored

- Broken, cracked or incomplete accessories
- Rusty, oxidized or heavily tarnished jewelry
- Single earring (missing pair)
- Accessories with strong odours ( smoke, mould or excessive perfume)
- Stained, dirty or damaged scarves, hats, gloves or fabric accessories
- Haivily scratched, broken or damaged sunglasses
- Used earrings or piercings without guaranteed hygiene

- Accessories that cannot be cleaned or restored

- Bags with little or no resale potential
Clothing
- Articles made from premium natural materials (silk, cashmere, alpaca, merino wool, mohair, linen, etc.) may be accepted despite minor pilling, light wear or small imperfections.
- Vintage clothing with light signs of age may still be accepted if it remains in good wearable condition.
- Designer or premium brand clothing may be accepted despite minor cosmetic imperfections, depending on its resale potential.
- Unisex clothing (such as sportswear, hoodies or oversized pieces) may be accepted if suitable for our female customers.
- Small imperfections that are barely visible when worn may still be accepted after evaluation.
- Exceptional items with strong resale potential may be accepted even if they do not fully meet the standard acceptance criteria.
Shoes
- Vintage shoes with lights signs of age
- Shoes made from premium materials ( leather, suede, etc.) despite minor wear
- Designer and premium shoes despite minor cosmetic imperfections
- Minor imperfections barely visible when worn
- Shoes with lightly worn soles that remain fully wearable
- Exceptional shoes with high resale potential
Accessories
- Vintage accessories with lights signs of age may still be accepted
- Premium materials ( silk, cashmere, alpaca, leather, linen, etc.) may be accepted despite minor wear
- Designer and premium accessories may be accepted despite minor imperfections
- Handmade and unique accessories may be accepted after evaluation
- Minor imperfections may be accepted if barely visible during normal use
- Watches may be accepted even if the battery needs replacing
- Exceptional accessories may be accepted based on their resale potential

Refused Example Conditions
- Puffer coat with deodorant stains under the arms
- Knit dress with heavy pilling on sides
- Faux leather bag with peeling straps
- Shoes with flattened heels or scratches
- Denim with frayed crotch or excessive fading
- Jewelry with missing stones or rust
