Step 1: Prepare Your Bag

Give your clothes the best chance to shine.

Minimum Quantity: Each shipment must include at least 20 items (women’s
clothing, shoes, bags or accessories).
Good condition: Items should be free from stains, holes, excessive pilling, deformation, strong odours, heavily worn shoes, rusted jewellery, or any other damage that significantly affects their resale value.

Functional Details: Check that zippers, buttons, hooks, clasps and other fastenings are present and work properly.

Packaging Tips

Fold your items neatly to keep them in the best possible condition.
Make sure all garments are completely dry before packing.
Place shoes together to avoid marks on clothing.
If you’re sending multiple parcels, number them clearly ( 1/2, 2/2, etc.)

Reminder: Bags, boxes, and covers are not returned, so use ones you’re
happy to part with.

Eco Note:

Prioritise season-appropriate pieces, such as winter coats in winter and dresses in spring, to maximise your reward.

Step 2: Ship Your Parcel

Now that your bag is ready, let’s get it on its way.

Label & Validation:

After confirming your sale, your shipping label arrives instantly by email. Print it and attach securely. Once your shipment is confirmed, you have 7 calendar days to send your parcel.

Choose Your Method:

Ship via relay point (recommended) or request home pickup with trusted carriers (Mondial Relay / Bpost).

Shipping Fees & Credit:

You pay shipping upfront. Kakoo Kakoo converts this cost into store credit, no cash refund, but 100 % reusable credit.

Proof & Tracking:

Keep your deposit receipt and tracking number until your delivery confirmation email arrives.

Multiple Parcels:

If you send several, number them clearly (1/2, 2/2, 3/3) and attach a label to each.

Responsibility:

Your parcel remains under your care until Kakoo Kakoo confirms safe reception. No COD or unapproved returns are accepted.

Consolidate items into one parcel when possible, fewer shipments = smaller carbon footprint.

You’ll receive an acknowledgment email the moment your parcel arrives.

Inspection:

Our sorting experts evaluate each item’s cleanliness, authenticity, and trend relevance.

Timing:

Quality control is completed within 10 working days maximum.

Positive Lot (≥ 80 % Accepted):

Receive a “positive notice.”

Choose your reward: Cash transfer or Store credit (valid 2 months).
Earn an extra shipping-fee voucher equal to the lowest flat-rate price.

Partial Lot (< 80 % Accepted):

Get a store credit covering 50 % of your shipping costs.
You can request returns for refused items (fees apply).
